MasterBaby branded merchandise are warrant against manufacturer’s fault. Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. The item to exchange must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding, feeding items (unless faulty) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
– Merchandise sold are not refundable or returnable;
– Merchandise sold as promotional sale items or discounted items are not covered in the exchange policy;
– Only the purchase made at https://masterbaby.com.my/ can directly deal with Pentacy Garments Sdn Bhd to request for an exchange.
All exchanges would have to be for items of the same value. Customers have to pay for extra charges to exchange for an item with higher value; no refund will be made if exchange for an item with lower value.
Do avoid sending us the exchange item in standard mail as damage to the product could occur in regular mail. However if it is returned through standard mail services any damage would be borne by the buyer. Once we have received the item in an unused, good condition and in its original state and packaging, we will proceed with the exchange as agreed.
General requirement for item to exchange:
– The product must not have been used, unopened and in original condition and packaging;
– In a 100% saleable condition upon return.
Pentacy Garments Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS
Please email us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
Please be noted that courier fee will be borne by customer. Once we have received your first item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the second item before posting it.
